What does a typical training week look like?
A training week is individually tailored to your season and competition phase. We take into account your current goals, training level, and any upcoming competitions to ensure that you're optimally prepared and can continuously improve your performance.
Can you also support me with my rehab on this journey?
Yes, we have extensive experience with remote rehab. The combination of online training and tailored training plans is especially effective. This way, we ensure that you receive optimal support and reach your rehab goals as quickly as possible.
How often are the training plans adjusted?
That depends on the phase. During rehab, adjustments are made very frequently, as needs tend to change quickly. At a minimum, a training week is updated every 4 weeks. However, the intensity parameters change from week to week.
What options are there for intensive coaching and training camps?
We offer intensive coaching and training camps where our coaches travel to you and provide on-site support. This can include two training sessions per day or the supervision of multiple athletes at once. This way, we ensure that you and your team receive optimal training and support.
